Report a copyright concern

Send copyright concerns to eduardo.quinones@neweragency.net, with the subject “Figui Project — Copyright notice.” Please identify the work, the specific material and its location on this site, and how we can reach you. The hosts can also receive requests to remove a photo for personal privacy reasons.

DMCA notice information

A formal notice should include:

• Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list for multiple works.
• Identification and location of the material you want removed.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.

Reports will be reviewed by the hosts. Where warranted, they may disable access to reported material and ask for further information. If you believe material was removed by mistake, contact the same email for the applicable counter-notice process. Repeat infringing access may be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
